Tansikiya Nationale des Cadres Supérieurs Chômeurs et le Groupe National des Docteurs en Chômage ont organisé le mercredi 7 Mai 2008, une marche pacifique vers le Ministère de l’Enseignement Supérieur afin de protester contre les résultats du concours qui ont connu des irrégularités flagrantes et décevantes aggravant ainsi encore plus l’état de la qualité de l’enseignement dans notre pays. Les membres de TANSIKIYA et GNDC ont scandé des slogans qui dénoncent le silence du gouvernement et qui invitent les responsables à trouver une solution globale et définitive pour l’insertion des cadres supérieurs chômeurs au lieu de la langue de bois qui vise à détruire physiquement et moralement les cadres à chaque manifestation pacifique moyennant les matraques et les insultes des forces de répression. Au moment de ces protestations, les cadres supérieurs et docteurs de TANSIKIYA et GNDC se sont vu encerclés par une incroyable armada des forces de l’ordre. Devant cette situation de désespoir, les cadres n’ont trouvé de solution que de menacer par une immolation collective qui pourra les faire reposer de manière définitive de cette réalité amère et de ce chômage qui touche l’élite de cette société. Les pompiers ont alors fait face à cette initiative en aspergeant les manifestants et en les mettant hors du ministère où ils étaient accueillis, de manière barbare par des coups de matraques du corps d’intervention mobile sans distinction entre homme et femme. Les docteurs et cadres supérieurs ont été ainsi laissés pour compte gisant dans des marres de sang avec des blessures atroces au niveau de la tête, du cou, de la mâchoire, cage thoraciques, membres, parties génitales et plusieurs évanouissement de femmes sous les yeux de leurs enfants. Les membres de Tansikiya Nationale des Cadres Supérieurs Chômeurs et du Groupe National des Docteurs en Chômage ont marqué avec fierté et par leur sang, cette journée qui montre à l’opinion publique nationale que le gouvernement actuel a choisi la voie du silence et de la répression envers nos revendications exprimées de manière pacifique, au lieu de s’occuper de notre dossier social. Le bilan de 160 blessés dont 60 cas graves montre l’aspect sécuritaire avec lequel est traité notre dossier.
Suite à cela, nous affirmons à l’opinion publique ce qui suit : 1- Nous condamnons ce silence décevant du gouvernement vis-à-vis de notre droit juste et légal concernant notre intégration à la fonction publique suite au arrêtés ministériels 888/99 et 695/99 et au PV du 2 Août 2007. 2- Nous condamnons les interventions sanglantes qui visent notre droit à la vie avant de viser nos droits constitutionnels à la manifestation et à la liberté d’expression. 3- Nous sommes solidaires avec les victimes des interventions sanglantes et nous renouvelons notre foie en la victoire de notre droit et le leur. 4- Nous nous attachons à notre droit à l’intégration directe, immédiate et globale dans la fonction publique. 5- Nous appelons toutes les forces politiques, juridiques, syndicales et médiatiques à soutenir notre cause juste et légale

قامت التنسيقية الوطنية للأطر العليا المعطلة و المجموعة الوطنية للدكاترة المعطلين بتنظيم شكل احتجاجي سلمي وراقي يومه الاربعاء 07 ماي 2008 بعد لجوء الأطر لوزارة التعليم العالي في شكل جماعي مهيب رفعوا داخل مقر الوزارة المعنية شعارات تندد بنتائج مباراة التربية الوطنية و ما شابها من خروقات مؤسفة لا تنسجم و طبيعة المرحلة و رهانات جودة التعليم و منظومة التربية بالبلاد. كما كانت باقي الشعارات تندد بالصمت الحكومي المخجل و تدعو المسؤولين لإيجاد تسوية شاملة فورية لإدماج الأطر العليا المعطلة بدل لغة العصي و الهراوات و قاموس السب و الشتم الذي يجتهد الأمنيون في تكريسه بعد كل محطة نضالية سليمة . هذا و في الوقت الذي كانت الأطر تعبر عن تنديدها بالصمت الحكومي فوجئوا بطوق أمني و مخزني مريع لم يجد غالبية الأطر سوى رفع قارورات البنزين تهديدا بمحرقة جماعية تريح الأطر من واقع ظالم مستفز و من وطأة عطالة تطال نخبة أبناء هذا الوطن، ليتصدى لها رجال المطافئ بخراطيم المياه و توجيه الأطر خارج مقر القطاع الوزاري ليوجهوا بهراوات الأمن و عصي التدخل السريع دون تمييز بين الذكور و الإناث في تدخل قمعي همجي سقط على إثره الأطر بالعشرات مدرجين في دمائهم حيث توزعت الإصابات بين كسور و كدمات و جروح طالت الرأس و الوجه و الفك و الرقبة مع كسور مزدوجة و التواءات غضروفية و رضوض على مستوى القفص الصدري و الأجهزة التناسلية مع غيبوبة ذهب ضحيتها الإناث، و حالة الهلع و الرعب الذي سجله أبناء الأطر الذين حظروا يعاينون أبائهم بين سندان العطالة المذلة و مطرقة القمع الهمجي السافر. إن ملحمة هذا اليوم الذي سجله أطر التنسيقية الوطنية للأطر العليا المعطلة و المجموعة الوطنية للدكاترة المعطلين بدماء من فخر، يؤكد للرأي العام الوطني أن مسؤولية الحكومة مع أجهزة القمع لا تعرف من حل لملف عطالة الأطر سوى لغة الصمت و التلكؤ و الإجهاز على حقنا في الاحتجاج السلمي، و ما حصيلة هذا التدخل القمعي الذي ذهب ضحيته أزيد من 160 مصاب -منهم 60 حالة في وضعية خطيرة-، لدليل ساطع على همجية التسوية الأمنية بدل التسوية الإجتماعيةلملفنا من أجل هذا كله نؤكد للرأي العام الوطني ما يلي : 1-تنديدنا الصارخ بالصمت الحكومي المخجل الذي يعرفه ملفنا العادل و المشروع بأسلاك الوظيفة العمومية وفق المرسومين الوزاريين 99/888 و 99/ 695 و المحضر الحكومي في 02 غشت 2008 2- شجبنا الواضح للتدخلات الأمنية العنيفة التي تستهدف حقنا في الحياة قبل حقنا في الاحتجاج و التعبير الدستوريين. 3- تضامنا مع ضحايا التدخلات القمعية و تجديدنا القسم على نصرة حقنا و حقهم في الإدماج المباشر و الفوري و الشامل. 4- تشبتا بحقنا العادل المشروع في الإدماج الشامل و الفوري و المباشر بأسلاك الوظيفة العمومية. 5- دعوتنا كل الهيئات السياسية و الحزبية و الحقوقية و النقابية و المنابر الإعلامية لدعم ملفنا العادل و المشروع

To the public opinion
National Tansikiya of the Senior Managers Unemployed Persons and the National Group of the Unemployed Doctors organized on Wednesday, May 7th, 2008, a peaceful demonstration towards the Ministry of the Higher Education to protest against the results of the competitive examination which knew blatant and disappointing irregularities which aggravate even more the state of the quality of the education in our country. The members of TANSIKIYA and GNDC chanted also slogans which denounce the silence of the government and which invite the people in charge to find a global and definitive solution for their insertion instead of the set language which aims at destroying physically and morally the senior managers and doctors in every peaceful demonstration with truncheons and insults of the strengths of repression. At the time of these protests, the senior managers and the doctors of TANSIKIYA and GNDC saw each other surrounded by an incredible armada of polices. In front of this situation of despair, the senior managers and doctors found solution only to threaten by a collective immolation which can make them rest in a definitive way of this bitter reality and this unemployment which affect the elite of this society. Fire brigades then faced this initiative by splashing the demonstrators and by putting them outside the ministry where they were welcomed, in a barbaric way by blows from truncheon of the body of mobile intervention without distinction between man and woman. The doctors and the senior managers were so left recumbent statue in a pool of blood with atrocious wounds at the level of the head, of the neck, of the jaw, the rib cage, the genital organs and some faint of women under the look of their children. The members of National Tansikiya of the Senior managers Unemployed Persons and of the National Group of the Unemployed Doctors marked with pride and by their blood, this day which shows to the national public opinion that the current government chose the way of the silence and the repression to our demands expressed in a peaceful way, instead of resolving our case in a social way. The toll of 160 injured persons of which 60 grave cases show the security aspect with which is treated our case.
Further to it, we assert to the public opinion what follows: 1-We condemn this disappointing silence of the government towards our just and legal law concerning our integration in the public sector further to ministerial decrees 888/99 and 695/99 and to the Report of August 2nd, 2007. 2-We condemn the bloody interventions which aim at our law for the life before aiming at our constitutional laws at the demonstration and at the freedom of expression. 3-We show solidarity with the victims of the bloody interventions and we renew our liver in the victory of our law and theirs 4- We are attached to our law for the direct, immediate and global integration in the public sector. 5- We request all the political, trades-union, juridical, media and moral strengths to plead our case.
